Hello!Â
Â
I hope this finds you doing so well.
Â
After a very long hiatus, it's (finally) time for an update. As you know, I closed my Asheville acupuncture practice in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. For my husband and I, the best option at such a difficult time was to move home to the support of family, who would help us recover and regroup. So, we sold or packed everything, and drove across the country. That was just January of 2025, but it seems like a lifetime ago.
Â
It took some time (had to take the California Board Exam!), but I am officially re-licensed and have re-opened my practice for in-person Acupuncture and virtual Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine Consultations.
Â
Will you be so kind as to do me a favor? Getting the word out is no easy task.
Â
If someone you know who may be: a. in need of Acupuncture in the San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay in particular), or b. interested in virtual Ayurvedic and Integrative Herbal Medicine Consultations pops to mind, I would deeply appreciate you forwarding this newsletter along.
Who knows? Maybe they will too.

Virtual Consultations
Ayurveda & Integrative Herbal MedicineÂ
You don't have to be local!
Â
There's so much we can address remotely with the excellent tools of Ayurveda & Integrative Herbal Medicine. Consultations are a deep dive - an intake includes not only a comprehensive health history but the details of diet and lifestyle. Utilizing the routines and practices from Ayurveda as well as Chinese, Western, Ayurvedic, select Hawaiian herbs, and supplements, we work together to create a plan with the goal of balance. That can mean many things - improved overall health, more energy, better sleep, stronger resilience, better digestion. A great way to see if this is right for you is to just give me a call or email and ask.Â
Rebuild Rate: 20% off for up to 3 ConsultationsÂ
Â
Lastly, and most importantly, if finances present an issue, please reach out. We can chat and see if there is something that works for both of us. As a small business owner, services of many kinds go a very long way. Do I need a haircut, bookkeeping, help with taxes, and someone to put up flyers all over The Town?
Yes, yes, and yes.
Â
For those of you who from WNC, I hope you have been able to find your way through the challenges we all faced, and have found some stability.Â

Take Good Care,
Heather
