"Healthy aging means living life as fully as possible. Join the YMCA of Western North Carolina as we celebrate Healthy Aging Month at Healthy Aging Day on Sept. 5.
The free event at the Reuter Family YMCA in Biltmore Park will feature group exercise classes, pickleball, informative lectures, free health screenings, and vendor booths.
Healthy Aging Day takes place Thursday, Sept. 5 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Reuter Family YMCA in Biltmore Park.
